Shane has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2000 and practices throughout Florida’s trial & appellate courts.

Shane has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation since 2015 and in Civil Trial Law since 2021.

Shane graduated with high honors, second in his class from Stetson College of Law in 1999.

While at Stetson, he was awarded the Victor O’Whehle Trial Advocacy Award and William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award

Shane graduated from Eckerd College with high honors in 1996. He was named to the Sunshine State Conference All-Freshman Basketball Team in 1993, a key part of Eckerd’s 1994-1995 Conference Championship team, and competed in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Shane was born and raised in Tampa. He graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1992, where he excelled in the classroom and on the basketball court.  He was named Hillsborough County Basketball Player of the Year in 1992.
